Smoke, fry, boil crawfish. Ideal for competition circuit, large groups/families or anyone who wants of the versatility of having capability to smoke in (2) separate chambers, fry fish, fries, and hush puppies, & boil crawfish at same time if you choose. It is designed with under/over heat and smoke flow to allow even smoking across the split chambers. It is not your standard reverse flow, or offset smoker. Fire box is a 16″ thick pipe with agriculture combine shaker grates in bottom that you will not have to worry about rusting out. Firebox located near bottom/back of cooking chamber and protects from getting direct heat to your meats. Air inlets on bottom of fire box and smoke stack caps allow for easy temperature control. You can smoke 2 different meats at different temperatures at same time. There is 1456 sq in on (2) cooking racks on one end and 784 sq in on (1) rack on other end. The single rack end will allow you to smoke 3 to 4 large turkeys. Fryers are powered by high pressure burners and controlled by regulator at the LP tanks and heat fine tuning valves at each individual burner location. Axle is 3500 lb and trailer tows straight. Plenty of space to haul all the wood you need and space to install a storage box between smoker tank and LP tanks should you choose. Seasoned inside and fresh paint out.
